So apparently CSI aren’t really as good they show on TV. I was shocked ! What’s more shocking is a name like Zlatan. Now that’s a funky name, thumbs up to my Swedish buddies! Makes me wish I had a name which was a tongue twister, atleast for me it is or maybe I am just saying it wrong. I have to admit, when I first heard of him during his Ajax days when he was banging in the goals there, his name alone made me want to watch him. When finally I did manage to catch an Ajax game, it was pretty obvious he was in a class of his own from everyone else on the pitch, with his flicks and dribbles (and his height!). So it was pretty obvious, a big rich club would come knocking on the door and pluck the findings of Ajax’s brilliant scouting system. Countless years they have been supplying us with some great footballers, and as Zlatan proves, not just Dutch players with ‘Van’ in their names.
